These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the software product ("Product") offered by DeCodAlyze ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing and using our Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our Product.

1. License

Upon successful payment of the one-time fee, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on a single device.

2. Intellectual Property

The Product, including all intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the exclusive property of DeCodAlyze.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Product
Create derivative works based on the Product
Use the Product for any illegal purpose
Transfer or sublicense the Product to any third party

4. Updates and Support

The one-time payment includes access to all updates within the current major version and technical support for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
